Please complete the following form to report an EPark machine malfunction or a technical issue with the EPark app or mobile website. City staff will be notified of the problem and the issue will be rectified as soon as possible.
Please note: if vehicle is to remain parked, payment must be made at an alternative pay machine. Payment can be made at any on-street pay machine.
